Excitel Internet Service in Patna - User Experiences and Feedback

My airtel plan will end in August, and I'm thinking of switching over to excitel cause its cheap and provide good speed for my usage (4k viewing and mobile streaming)
Should I switch over to excitel Or stick with airtel?

Using Excitel for more than a year havn't faced any issue at patna.My local service provider for excitel is

Ganpati Cable & Broadband Networks which also handle airtel fiber as Lco.

the pings are really good to everything, coming from airtel even this website seems fast.

the lco is common between airtel and excitel here also

they installed within 2 hours of taking payment and the biggest pluspoint you can easily enable your router in bridge mode from their webgui no nonsense of talking to cc.

@Sushubh Where do we see the pon signal value I couldn't find it.

Thanks @anmolbhard004 I had GX router since beginning (except replaced for one year in 2022) but I didn't know we could do it. I also have this option unlocked on my router. Thanks for sharing your review as well. Glad to know it's better than Airtel as I've experienced the same here in my area when testing Airtel at friend's home.
