Seems like excitel has removed the long term 400mbps plan from Hyderabad city. Only 1 month plan is showing for this speed.

Rest of long term plans are upto 300mbps.

Why would they remove the 400 mbps plan ? Are they facing capacity constraint?

try contacting your lco. he might be able to turn on that plan for you. i think all plans are available in their backend. they just show the plans they like at any given point in front end. otherwise they wouldn't be able to give you the option to renew the same plan you have at the same price you paid previously. because that plan probably do not exist right now. i am forced to do this every year. i plan to contact lco in case this option disappears sometime. and would probably dump excitel if they push ott plan on me.

It is removed from their website too and i cant find it in any location pan India .
only 200 and 300 mbps plan showing up .

Yes it is now removed pan india, one can't recharge the annual 400 Mbps plans as they have been removed , still talk to ur LCO or local excitel lead. Talks are that 300 Mbps plans will be discontinued soon, better leave them and switch to other isp.

Meanwhile me, still able to recharge and enjoy 400 Mbps plan for 12 months with 25+ OTT's at the price of ₹8400 including GST 😌🫴 :

@Kaiju404 I haven't recharged in advance but this is how Excitel billing works, once you recharge a plan, no matter it disappears forever or whatever, it stays in your account if you're currently on it. People from 2017 Era are still recharging with cheap 50 Mbps plans in 2026. Until & unless you change your plan, you get to keep it for lifetime. No need to recharge in advance, it'll stay in my account forever.
