I've had a bad experience with jio customer care in Pune. My connection stays down for 3-4 days in a row. They assign a service engineer who would just close the service request himself and mark it as resolved. The ping times are ridiculous, and their email CC support is brain dead. It is really frustrating. I would not be recharging my JioFiber connection for atleast 3 months.
Please raise a complaint on National consumer helpline and detail the problem faced and also mention that the service engineer has been closing the tickets without any action, I am sure all your problems will be taken care of.
Is the National consumer helpline more useful than the PG portal? When I last complained at the PG portal, it did not resolve anything.
