Exclusive : iBall USB TV Tuner Card Review with Pics and Video !!!

Does this dongle gets heated up? I used this type of dongle 1-2 years back .. But tht kept getting heated up in 1-2hrs ..
 
Will it work if i dont have any soundcard installed on my system?I havent any soundcard, but i can use my creative 2.1 speakers and intex headphone smoothly.Plz reply fast i need to purchase this tv tuner urgently.Have u any soundcard in ur system?
 
Yes, It will work . I do have sound card installed in my laptop but USB devices never prevent using devices even though soundcard is missing.
 
Re: Exclusive : iBall USB TV Tuner Card Review with Pics and Video !!!@indian mascot: First of all hats off to you bro for providing in depth info regarding the i ball tv tuner ..dude but help me as i still can't get it worked even after installing the s/w and connecting the cables..I don't know why it shows "No device" in source input as i have tried everything as i can..Is there anything which i might have left as the installation guide which came bundled with the box does not provide exact info regarding connecting the cables? can we get the tv input w/o using remote..also if you could post the pics of the whole setup when you use it with your DTH..will appreciate your help bro!!:)
 
dude pls help me regarding this as it always shows "no service" even after connecting the device as written in manual..thx!
 
1. Remove HDMI Cable if connected.2. Select " Source Input " as composite. Make sure you have installed the application properly . Installation needs to be done after connecting the device to deskktop or laptop.
 
ok i installed the whole setup again and this time it worked...to watch cable tv you have to select cable as input & then it starts scanning the channel otherwise go for composite if you have DTH.so let me give this super device a rating of 8.5/10 which makes it a value for money if you really want to watch tv programs on your laptop or pc having USB port.Setup is quite complicated at first but i didnt understand 3 things which i would like to ask from @indianmascot:1. how can we change the color settings like contrast,brightness etc when we are using it with cable2. what is the use of that 3rd cable w/c has one male connector like antennae and on other side it is just divided into 2 parts..i can't understand how to use it though..3. when we are using composite RYW wires then even if the s-video connection is left as it is we are still able to watch the tv programs then what is the use of S-video here...Thanks
