Existing customers ignored in Photon plus Unlimited Plans

TATA is cheating each & every existing customer.I have been using the 10 GB plan from last 8 months and wanted to shift to the unlimited plan when they were introduced.But I was disappointed to know that I couldn't subscribe to those plans as they were exclusively for new customers.Is this the reward I am getting for being loyal with the Tatas ????Kindly help me out with saome legal remedies against this discrimination.

I have shifted from the night and day plan to the 5GB unlimited plan this month. (Hope the bill comes OK), try calling the nodal officer if the CC cant help.
