Things started to go downhill
- Ordered on 25th September 2020, delivered on September 29th the box was damaged from one side, I thought it won't be a big deal, unboxed it just to find that the monitor screen was completely cracked. Filed for a replacement on 29th itself.
- The replacement arrived on 4th October, the box was damaged at the same spot as the previous box, I knew that the same thing happened again. This time I knew what was gonna happen hence I recorded the whole process from taking delivery to unboxing the product (did it the first time also, since I have heard stories about this happening with delicate items).
- Filed for a return on 4th October, but I am still waiting for the return order to be picked up (as of 15th October 2020). Every day its the same deal that no one calls or shows up, I then call the customer care but they just reschedule the pickup for the next day and apologize for the inconvenience caused. The pickup has been canceled 6 times.
- On 5th October I found the same monitor but this time it was being sold by Appario Retail Pvt Ltd, I immediately placed the order, this arrived on 6th October and the box was one piece without any damage whatsoever. I still have the old damaged product waiting to be picked up.
