MTNL Mumbai Facebook issue

Hello everyone, i am on 120.xx IP and facing timeout issues with facebook.com.
It's happening from last 3 days.
Not facing similar issue with any other site plus speed is also perfect.
This timeout issue is random sometimes the facebook works fine and some times i have keep refreshing the page.
Any help in this would be highly appreciated !!

Seems like a routing issue. Try changing the DNS to OpenDNS or GoogleDNS.

yes routing issue ... but i contacted MTNL they told me it should be resolved within 1-2 days .. but i dont trust this sarkari broadband

For me too many times facebook pages dont load till i hit refresh 2-3 times... but 90% times it loads fine on first try.
