"Fail to install Modem" Reliance Broadband plus

I have recently purchased Reliance Broadband plus. Its working fine with my laptop.When i try to install in my desktop it alerts "Fail to install Modem". My OS is vista. System is Dell Dimention.Can someone help me rectify this issue.

did u run the setup as administrator ?

Yes, I did run as admin. I updated my OS to Windows 7. Now the issue is fixed. I am able to use Broadband plus in Desktop also. Thanks for your help too.

In vista, we need to right click on the setup exe and select run as administrator to make the install go fine. windows 7 and xp dont have this problem
