Feature Phone. 3-4k

Need one for my Grandmom. She is using the Nokia X2 currently. Only voice and texts required. Thought of getting the MotoE, but I don't see any point and she isn't too keen either.
Next, had a look at CDMA feature phones (since voice is the primary purpose), can't find any except mmx.
So, finally, looking for a decent feature phone, dual sim, in the range of 3-4k. GSM+CDMA would be great, but GSM+GSM should also be fine.

Nokia 208 Dual Sim.
It has 3G too.

208 looks good. 3G is kind of an advantage. Have poor 2G coverage, but good 3G from rcom at home. would prolly port the secondary number from Loop to rcom, if I do go for the 208.

Any reason why the 206 would be more expensive as compared to the 220?

I'm not really keen on the motoE, because on the off chance that she doesn't like it, I'd need to get rid of the phone, and buy a Nokia..
