Best of luck pal, I once complained because bsnl had set the downstream as 3999 I think because of which I never used to get good speeds on my 4 Mbps connection but nothing really happened - but that was a long time ago
It worked, downstream changed to 2400

The journalist wants to do television interviews with customers based in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore etc.Of course you need to have your own horrible story to tell. Anyone interested?

noida should be fine i guess. i assume cnbc media office are based in noida anyways.

haha. Well in my area only BSNL is present as a wired broadband player other than that i have tikona at the moment. BSNL took its time to provide me a connection and that too after i talked to DGM. Then they will not rectify the fault and at end had to get it disconnected. When tikona comes to picture. When its working, everything is fine but when its down nothing is working and for all complaints resolution time offered is 24hrs. downtime is almost 1-2 days of a week.

Right. My experiences are limited to Airtel and BSNL. So it would be nice to have some stories about other ISPs.

Great. No one here wants to come on TV to bash their favorite internet service providers?
