well if he goes to the court, it would be good for everyone. the person who accused him and filed an FIR needs to be held accounted for the losses made by the hotel and the singer himself.from what i read on twitter, the fir was filed by the guy who had previously seeked a ban on wikipedia for having some wrong information about moti lal nehru.
well. you do know that these are usually low level political workers trying to gain attention of the people in the high command?

..i'll say that there are mainly two people:
1 - People who are sane - (you see something, you hear something - if you find it offensive, you move on unless it is directly affecting/bugging you.)
2 - People who are Psycho (not even insane, but psychologically sick) - who inspires from these things(movies, songs, games) and take to cheap level.
Batman Bane shooting in Denver was case of Psycho
but if you say that our upcoming generations will have their mind infected, then parents have some role to play.
i remember many years ago, because of shaktiman, many childrens jumped off from building because they thought shaktiman will save them. that lead to a small episode of 'Choti Mgar Moti Baatein' where at the end of shaktiman, he tried to put some sense in children. Mind of kids are sensitive, they will accept whatever you feed into their brain at yound age. But as they grow, they develop some sense according to their environment,education.
