I had similar issue happen to me last week where firefox would be very slow running reddit and github. Today I had experienced the same issue on chrome. More specifically github repo would load with a broken UI, and then I'd go to chrome where it could load fine.

It could be that IPv4 connections are running bad on Jio. I also had issues playing DoTA: random stutters without packet loss.

I have a million credits on RIPE Atlas RIPE Atlas - RIPE Network Coordination Centre in case someone is willing to design a measurement to all Jio based RIPE NCC probes in India to gather data on their failure rate and hold them accountable.

Sadly no, this is intentional. I am having issues connecting to raw.githubusercontent.com on both Jio and BSNL fiber. ERR_CONNECTION_RESET because they're trying to modify the request and the server's rejecting it. You can test this by using something like GitHub - ValdikSS/GoodbyeDPI: GoodbyeDPI — Deep Packet Inspection circumvention utility (for Windows). Don't even need a VPN, as soon as you modify your host header to something other than the domain it connects. This is most definitely because pirates sometimes hosts links to their apps or sources on github. It got tied up in one of the piracy blockades.

Even installing WSL distros on windows is impossible now. The distros are loaded from a raw.githubusercontent.com url. Microsoft teams sometimes stop working. Anything depending on github breaks unless you are on a VPN or using something to bypass DPI.
