Hey please help me my torrent speed is dramatically reduced to 10 KBps from 200 KBps
i have airtel broadband net
i already tried to turn off firewall and using different port settings in utorrent client and using different clients to like vuze but nothing works please help me

Yes, it is very much possible and has been extensively documented on the forum. Get a VPN if you want torrents to run at full speed throughout the day. Else, use direct download links only.

The speed that u mentioned is very very less. I doubt that it Airtel, it might be but the differences in speed is too much. I suggest you plese try a most seeded torrent from any torrent indexing website just to test the speed. If ur speed still remains the same the register a complaint with Airtel CC. Tell them that throttling down to some extent u can understand but by 20 times it is too much. 10kBps is not even broadband. Besides that they are supposed to inform u before throttling.
