i am guessing this is a surcharge on products under discount. chindi chor behavior that zomato type companies have been doing for years now. similar to packaging charges they introduced on smartphones few months ago. packaging and pickup charges are already separate as visible in the image.

that is common to a lot of stores i think. not sure if Amazon does it. but smaller stores do have charges for cod deliveries.

They do charge return fee. I got charged Rs 50-75 per item for return yesterday
