A new flipkart scam in town:
1. They are selling "Not for retail sale" products with no MRP whatso ever.
2. See the price manipulation. Link1 and Link2.

Both are same product from same seller and same product listing. I have just removed the PID from the second link. See how supposed MRP and final price changes.

I’ve started using Flipkart a little after getting the Axis card. One thing I can clearly see is that Flipkart doesn’t make it a point to deliver something on a specific day. If it says 18th, it will be 19th and they don’t even care. I think the delivery guys are over burdened. Baki pta nahi 🤷

They will resolve the issue with the order by delaying it by 5 days. I didn't complain, this is an automated email.

Secured packaging fee is less for budget devices. And it seems like they charge it only for smartphones, in which case they have OTP based open box delivery. Recently i ordered smart tv for which i wasn't charged any packaging fee and open box delivery wasn't explicitly mentioned under order details. However, i got the following message on day of delivery - "Flipkart Update: Please share OTP received when order is out for delivery with delivery executive only after checking _________. Do not accept in case of wrong item, missing accessories or damage. Product cannot be returned after order is accepted except for manufacturing defects." When i contacted customer care, they said that they weren't aware of any such policy and asked me not to open the box as its not an open box delivery and wait for Jeeves installation guys. They even went on to say that if i open the box and any issues are later discovered during installation, then replacement might be rejected. When the delivery guys arrived they opened and then repacked the box after i checked the product. They said that the policy varies from seller to seller.

Also, Flipkart has started charging extra ₹5 for COD orders .
