I was on 15mbps plan. Shifted to 20mbps plan so that I can get fup reset.Then i see this thread

they should have told it in advance,i've consumed only 27 gb out of 60 gb since taking connection on 7th this month,i didn't even get a message and was like confused when it's showing 700mb consumed when i've checked my data usage on the portal today and had to call cc to know what's happening

I'm still on the 15mbps (2mbps post 60GB).

Unlike, most users, I won't be auto migrated to 20mbps/75GB plan as I had paid 6 months advance while taking a new connection a couple of months back.

no actually you can be migrated. you just have to pay little extra amount again.

I was not migrated automatically. I called them and requested migration.
