Freecharge extends electricity and gas bill payments to new markets!

I have 2 freecharge accounts - and both says this:

Your account has been temporarily suspended due to security reasons. Please contact [email protected]

Anyone else getting same?

Trying to login from mobile and it says -- "something went wrong" and does not log me in

Did you do many transactions in single month. then they might ask you for KYC forms

Nope I hardly use it. But I had tried virtual credit card transaction of 10Rs for purchasing Microsoft Office.

And it failed 4-5 times for reasons I have no idea about.

But then why both accounts? VCC was used only of 1 account.

NON-SENSE by FREECHARGE!

Freecharge says that I am using Yahoo disposable address and my account is suspended to prevent the fraud.

Whereas I use disposable address to make sure that they are not selling my email address.

They have my mobile number and they can verify number plus they can also see orders and find out if i am doing any fraud.

I have 2 accounts but they are for two different persons. (family members).

Obviously both will be accessed from same PC. Its not like one can have only one account per family / PC

So I am not abusing anything.

I dont even remember how much money was in both accounts.

I have asked them to send account statement but I dont think they will.

Henceforth I am not going to keep money in any "cash wallet" account.

God knows if Paytm takes que from Freecharge and blocks that account as well.
