Its UPTO 47%. So the cashback can be from anywhere between 10% to 47%

If you do 100, you could get up to 47 cash back...... Hence technically up to 47%

My brother got Rs.30 cashback on bill payment of Rs.100 on the INDIAFC offer today...so 30% ... I got 10, the minimum and so did 3-4 others I know... so not bad.. so I guess its not a bad offer to try...
