Paytm was down 3 times in last 1 month. (cash wallet was down not the website).

Cash wallet down means you can not use the cash/money you already paid to them in advance.

Which means if you are OUT roaming or on road and run out of balance, then the service is more or less useless for you.

They are not that stable ever since they have started "online shopping".

Possibly their server is not able to handle load?

I am not switching over, I am planning to use Freecharge as backup.

I have 3 - Those two & Mobikwik.... I have found Mobikwik to be fastest in terms of recharges. But, not many discount offers and no coupons like freecharge.

Rs 20 cashback on all recharges done TODAY only. You can use this unlimited times. This is valid for payments done by debit or credit card.

Ex: If you do 10recharge x 100 times, You will get 2000 credits

T&C:
applicable on only debit&credit card transactions
min 10 recharge max 20 cash back
unlimited recharges from same account to same number
