I just started using Paytm (2 transactions ) , want to know why you are switching from paytm to freecharge .

NVM i figured it out why it is better

Paytm was down 3 times in last 1 month. (cash wallet was down not the website).

Cash wallet down means you can not use the cash/money you already paid to them in advance.

Which means if you are OUT roaming or on road and run out of balance, then the service is more or less useless for you.

They are not that stable ever since they have started "online shopping".

Possibly their server is not able to handle load?

I am not switching over, I am planning to use Freecharge as backup.

Same here. Moved out of pay tm when there were too many recharge failures.

Tried free charge and its working well

I have 3 - Those two & Mobikwik.... I have found Mobikwik to be fastest in terms of recharges. But, not many discount offers and no coupons like freecharge.
