I got banned!
Recharged Rs100 on bsnl number and got the confirmation mail from freecharge. Then tried calling but bsnl shows balance is nil. Emailed freecharge and they say the order is still in "being processed" stage as per their records. Then why the hell did I get a confirmation mail?
Same thing happened few days back. Recharged rs155 for 3G net balance and got confirmation mail. Then I started using net only to find my whole main balance reach zero. Called customer care of bsnl and was told there was no 3g recharge. Emailed freecharge and then was told the order is still in "being processed" stage.

that's not completely freecharge fault, BSNL sometimes takes many days to even tell the Online Recharge providers that so and so order
failed.
Why don't you use paper voucher for such services, you know paper work is the only thing that really works in that department.

If recharge fails, I should get a mail saying recharge failed. Why did I get the confirmation mail from freecharge if the order is still in "being processed" stage in their internal records? I fault freecharge for that.
I've had a few failed recharges for bsnl in freecharge and airtel in Paytm but i always got an "recharge failed" mail, not a "recharge done" mail.
