The coupon it talks about could be the offer coupons like McD , Flipkart etc that it gives?

They use Promo Code/ Freefund Code terminology for the discount/cashback "coupon"

Err... I mean the "No coupons selected" in this screenshot means you did not select McD, Freecharge etc type coupons...

Ohh ok but how can we prove them incase of no cashback, that we had applied coupon for cashback, if it's not even showing in summary?

It's strange that only 1 cashback has arrived, rest of 4 are pending
