Isn't Paytm still more vfm for the consumer. As we get only 1000 cash back here of an item worth 20000.

As I write this, Paytm doesnt have an offer above 5%. But it does give larger cashback if you are recharging or paying for a larger amount
Freecharge has 10% for bill payments.. for ICICI customers though & that too max of Rs.50

Say, upto 500 rupees if you want to pay a bill, Freecharge would appear to be a better deal now.
