There was one person nick named 'simplymalayalee' and he got legal notice from Tata Sky as he was posting against it! He even posted those notices but suddenly he went quite.

Here is the latest comment from the lawyer who has been practically harassing me now:
We failed to understand the message you have posted with respect to the Freedom of Speech - We blog because we believe in Freedom of Speech. Sadly, it does not work out in real life.
Since for some reason, we are still not clear on this whole “freedom” thing, let’s try this again: We all, every single one of us has an inalienable right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, unless it infringes on another’s right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. However it comes with an important rider
James Dobson, founder of the socially conservative lobbying group Focus on the Family, opposed the Act, arguing that it would effectively \"muzzle people of faith who dare to express their moral and biblical concerns about homosexuality.\"
However, HR 1592 contains a \"Rule of Construction\" which specifically provides that \"Nothing in this Act...shall be construed to prohibit any expressive conduct protected from legal prohibition by, or any activities protected by the free speech or free exercise clauses of, the First Amendment to the Constitution.\"
I'm under the impression this (soon to be) Act does NOT infringe on the freedom of expression, in the US. This is a complex discussion tho maybe better off in its own thread.
