Frequent Disconnection after 3 PM

Hi Guys, I am using airtel broadband connection of 1 Mbps Plan.My ADSL Model type is Beetel 400BX1 I am using two swithes Which model is DGS 1024DI am using 40 PCs on this connection. after 3 PM every day my internet connection is disconnected frequently. I have installed antivirous on all the PCs. I am very disappointed by this frequent disconnection. Airtel guy checked a single pc and told me that the problem is with your LAN. can any guy help me. Thanks

are you sure you are getting disconnected or just that your internet is slow after 3 ?

yes its AriTel after 3pm my airtel sometimes get disconnected n its auto connect n then again disccounted rapidly.. i did complained ISP amdin abt this.. but the ygot no clue
