Frequent disconnection in my umg1831

I am facing problem of frequent disconnection with my bsnl 3g sim into my umg 1831.the connection hardly stays on for 10 min and it gets disconnected as it is not enough i'm also facing another problem that the speed into the data counter in my mobile partner goes down to zero while the network connection still states that internet access is available.....plz help me guys

change ur sim.....buy the new one....
