From Airtel Broadband to Reliance Broadband?

HiI have been using airtel connection from past 3 years without any complaints.They have an awesome customer care, the field engineer of airtel now knows me personally so whenever i face any problem i just give a ring to him and all gets well with few hours...Now the plan i am currently using is256 kbps unlimited for which i am paying Rs899 per month.Now reliance is offering 300 kbps unlimited for Rs650that means if i switch i get to save Rs250 per month that too with higher speedn than Airtel.Since i have been using Airtel for so long, i am not sure if any other company will be able to such a service....Plz advice

If I were you I would have stayed with Airtel. I prefer less hassles over 200 Rs. Dont know about broadband for reliance but their mobile service was pretty shitty back in the day, when I moved to Airtel. Its your call.

Do not even think of switching to Reliance, There service is very poor and CC is for a name sake!
