From where mtnl broadband speed is set/ who set speed of broadband and how ?

Hi,guys I want to know that how the bb(broadband) speed set by mtnl to subscribers?who can increase/decrease bb speed of any bb connection? If speed is set by mtnl exchange, please tell me process of this.Thanking in advance Karan

its set by mtnl guys on their servers...u cannot change it.

it is not set at the local exchange it is set at some central exchange..if ur speeds are synced wrong then u can ask the customer care to set ur speed according to your opted plan from their servers..
