FTA Channels Config Settings??

Friends
I am unable to configure my NEW Set Top Box to Receive FTA channels

I have a Universal LS8 LNB which can receive 9750 & 10600 Frequency.

• Which satellite should I point my dish ?

1. INSAT 4B :93.5° East
2. INSAT 3C :74° East
3. INSAT 4A :83° East

I am using following parameters in my set top box

LNB : 9750 (lo) / 10600 (high)
Trans Frequency (TP) : 10990
Symbol Rate : 27500 ( also tried 28500 and 32000)
22K : OFF
Polarity : V ( also Tried H )
DisEqC : OFF​

with above settings Getting following

Signal Intensity : 85%
Signal Quality : 5%
Status : Unlocked​

I tried Auto-Scan.. but no results

What else I need to receive FTA channels ?
