I am currently on 1 MBPS UL 999 Plan and I want to move to FTH-1990 plan mentioned here -

Now the problem is that my MTNL net isn't working since 2 months. I don't want to go in details about the speed issue since 2 years. I just want to know If I move to the FTH plan mention will it be a whole new installation thing or they will just change my plan?
Because if its change of plan then it means internet still won't work. The last guy who came to fix my phone took 3 hours and he was so old. I felt so bad for him that I even paid him 100 bucks for his commitment to fix my phone. He did fix the phone but the god damn internet still won't work.
If they will install everything new and a guy will come to install the connection I'll apply for it right away.
