full hd led 32" 3 yrs warranty

Urgently need to buy an Full HD LED 32" preferably with 3 yrs warranty.
no need of additional feature like 3d or wifi or smart tv etc as simple as that.
have heard that Panasonic is providing 3 yrs warranty on tv so i will prefer panasonic.
any suggestions?

I have bought sansui 32" Full HD LED with DDB with 1 yr platinum hd package.
warranty will be extended for 2 yrs for 565/-
picture quality is good but material isnt that good. I can manage with that as I got this whole for only 24500/-
