FUP for One Broadband's 1000Mbps plan

Fun fact: Turning on traffic monitoring my TP-Link router(stock firmware) brings my speed from 900Mbps-ish to 250-300Mbps. Looks like their router isn't able to handle both traffic monitoring(speed monitoring per client) and a speedtest at the same time.
 
This is expected.

As the chipset itself is unable to do all the forwarding by itself and companies usually add in an additional hardware module which bypasses the CPU processing completely, also known as fast path or hardware offloading by some.
 
Update: I personally have found to be using less than 3TB. Of course, ever since this limit was introduced, I have been more conservative but then still, I'm nowhere closed to being full.

Anyone else finding themselves to be using less?
