FUP not reset

I am on 999₹ 150Mbps- 2000GB plan and hit FUP on December. The speed should get restored today but I am still getting 10Mbps throttled speed. Tried restarting ont several times. Lodged complaint on portal, went to exchange everyone were on holiday. Can anyone give any input what to do?

Shouldn't it reset based on bill-cycle date or after 30 days if it is prepaid?

Yes it should on bill cycle but it didn't. Also talked to lco, he said to rectify it tomorrow. Lets see how it goes.
Also I have an idea, what if I opt for ₹50(5GB) speed restore topup. Will my speed retain after that 5G?
Also is this something related to bad policer on bsnl side?

Oooooohhhhhhh! Man feeling such an idiot. When i hit fup in previous month i enabled qos and put 10mbps as total bandwidth.
