fup speed reduced to 2mbps before fup reached , anyone have faced this issue ?

200gb cul is the plan. its 10mbps till fup then post fup its 2mbps speed. now for lat 2- 3 days .. the speed was intermittant raising and lowering etc.. when i tested my fup comsumptions its just 120gb .. have more 80 gb to go till 200gb.. but my speed is standard now its 2mbps . so is that could be a glitch post fup speed started early this time ? anyone have faced this issue ?
 
they tried everything.. but still my speed is 1.8 or 2mbps ..have anyone faced this problem ?
 
which mode in the modem on? make sure it's adsl2+, sometimes it can switch to g.dmt which has low speed. other than that i'm not sure.
 
yes its in adsl2+ all the time.. the supervisor came and checked the speed and said tomorow they will try the port speed.. but dono why this ae or je is so reluctant to change the port speed ,the line man is saying the line is fine.. just have to try port change once.. but that guy in exchange keep telling to fix it outside the exchange bah !
 
today they talking as if its a new problem .. wow great. they are all suffering from amneisa !
 
in torrent the speed went till 900kpbs but when i check the speed in browsers or the download speed in browser its just 50-80kbps .. i dont understand this.. the speed test bsnl speed test is just always mostly 1-2.5mbps .. ookla doesnt open much.. not in firefox or chrome
 
thanks for the replies.. i checked in almost all the speedtest websites ,it was the same. they said its the problem at exchange .today they change the port and fixed it and gave back the connection after hours . its good now. hope it stays .
 
now again the speed is reduced to 6mbps , the downstream rate is now 6000 it shoud be 10k , it reduced to 6k after 2-3 times reconnection . hope it resolved by itself. before once it was 8000 for sometime.. then i asked the exchange staff about it.. he said he limited it to 8000 to keep stability of my connection .. i said i have good stability for more than a year with 10k .. i requested again to keep 10k ,then he kept it.. i really dont understand why they try to reduce my speed when i have the stability for more than a year with 10k already.. now i have to talk to him again if hes the one who reduced it to 6000 from 10k . just yesterday it was all cool ..today again this.
