Gazon Broadband - Any Reviews from Pune?

Hi,

I was approached by a local Internet Service Provider who said that they offer broadband service through Gazon.
However when I checked their rates on site Gazon and compared with the pamphlet provided by the local service provider, I could find large differences (almost 70 to 80 percent higher rates in the pamphlet). Moreover the pamphlet has the cost for 512 KBPS which is cost mentioned for 1 MBPS on the site. The phone number provided on the site is not reachable.

I want to know if anybody is using Gazon Broadband services in Pune, I would like to know the reviews before burning my pocket.

I was did Enquiry before regarding Broadband connection in my area with Gazon Home | Gazon Communications .

But unfortunately there is no Direct Gazon line in my area.
So I was advised to contact Gazon Operators who are providing Broadband connection in Pimple Nilakh.

But when I compared direct Gazon rates and Operator rates all are almost Double.
e.g. 1 mbps unlimited
Direct Gazon rate - 550 Per Month
Operator Rate - 1100 Per Month
Which is not acceptable compared to Gazon rates.

I would like to request Gazon management to think on This and provide Direct Service in other PCMC area.

Also you can start services in Baner, Balewadi, Pimple Nilakh, Jagtap Dairy area also which are now very close to Pimple Nilakh and very huge business Gazon will get.

Request to Gazon management think on this and save customers from Money sucking operator plans.

in my area(New sanghvi, pune) local ISP who has Gazon broadband service, rates are high..
1 mbps Unlimited - 1200 Rs
756 kbps unlimited - 900 Rs
512 kbps unlimited - 600 Rs
If paid for 3 months then some discount is given..
They say their internet has Youtube, torrent caching like Fivenet broadband (what to confirm this from any user)..

Worst service ever. The technicians give complete false promises, ask you to call them in case of problems bit then block your number and never answer your phone calls. They also take money from you without receipt and say that it’s refundable when it never comes back.

The call center has total hopeless guys who don’t have any authority they don’t understand anything about support and service. They speak like a parrot and don’t accept simple requests. They will never ever follow up on issues from their end and make you call them n number of times only to hear parroting. There is no escalation process, escalation matrix, nodal officer nor they follow any laws of the land.

Their TAT for email response is 24 hours but you will never get any reply.

Their on ground staff is extremely rude. Especially Mr. Ramesh from Karve Nagar area. Never ever go for their Internet connection. STAY AWAY.
