Genexis 4410 Issue after firmware upgrade

I have upgraded Genexis 4410 firmware. However after upgradation I can't login to router admin page with default username and password. Please help me out. I am afraid of router security since I can't change by wifi password.

Also I had to upgrade because some tabs in configuration page such as those tabs that contain configuration information were missing. So I thought firmware upgrade will solve the issue.Please help

1. Try admin/GENEXIS as username, and 001122334455 or 1234 or password as password.
2. Try admin as username and the MAC address for the password in CAPITAL letters. MAC is written on the bottom of the device.

Anyone know why issue arise? I have read similar issues, but no one has provided a proper solution yet.

@Noobie If you are not getting through, I recommend taking the ONT back to the ISP/BSNL/LCO. They would reset the same, and create all the profiles.

I had the same issue. Solution is to change the username.

username - GENEXIS
password - <Your MAC in CAPITALS>
