Get another new LL or WLL absolutely FREE from BSNL

greetings.a year before they gave one rent-free landline (only incoming) for the broadband taken by me. the latest ad - is it in addition to the one i have already! in that case, i wud like to have a WLL
 
MTNL, already gives free dolphin connection from abt 1.5 yrs. And additional landline for abt 50Rs or so a month.
