Getting 1.6mbps in 2mbps night plan ( 800 combo )

No use sending them emails, i have tried this like 10-15 times, they call and say that this is what u will get maximum speed in 2mbps plan. I have also downstream set as 2048 kbps. :(
 
Delhi is usually pretty helpful on that ID. In fact most people in Delhi, I believe have a downstream of 2300 or so.

Maybe going to ur xchg and talking to broadband incharge might help....... my speed profile was chged by such a person.... they can chg speed profiles on their PC......

Are you getting 2mbps now?
Btw, at day time I am getting 40kBps! Why is that?
I will mail them to make downstream @ 2300 , what about upstream? it is 509 right now.

Am on 8Mbps...... but while they were changing my speed profile....... I could see many 2Mbps profiles to choose frm..... so its definitely in their hands.......
Mailing them wont help....... u need to meet some person to make them understand ur problem........ so goto ur xchg......
Mailing them will only make them chk ur speed..... which is already 2048kbps...... so its according to ur plan........ so they wont chg it......

Boss, I have mailed [email protected] thrice, but they are not responding.
I even raised complaint twice. They call me and ask about the problem, I tell them about speed issue. And then nothing happens they just close the complaint.
 
same problem with me. In delhi on Freedom 800. right now broadband is down. DSL light stable on modem but the internet light is dead. sent email to them lets see what happens tmrw.
