well I have their enterprise internet which gives me 1G on both up and down without any FUP and i am on static ipv4

my another normal broadband connection has gone uncapped due to glitch and I am getting more than 1G right now

there are other ways to bypass ISP router bandwidth policy on PPPoE, but I will not public them of course

Yes. If you can hack into their AAA server and change your bandwidth policy. Or come back and ensure their edge routers never update their policy settings and try to reach their AAA servers.
