Getting Cloudfare IP's assigned starting with 8. and facing packetloss .

Recently for 2 weeks, I was facing packet loss every few seconds and net would go off randomly and my pings were getting pretty unstable too. I noticed that I was getting very different Ip addresses issued other than the normal BSNL IP's starting from 117. which on fast.com showed up to be as Cloud fare Ip's. Often after restarting router, I would sometimes end up getting normal Ip addresses. I did check if cloud fare warp was on and It wasn't. :p Are they testing something out?
 
Are you using a smartphone or laptop? If you are getting cloudflare IP then most probably your smartphone/laptop has cloudflare client app installed. Try after removing cloudflare app.
