Getting hight latency on 59.x.x.x IP pool since a week.

Unbelievable Latency. FTTH is NEW ADSL

Restarting everything didn't work.
 
@deltaechov im not sure but looks like latency is being introduced by your router? Have you made any configuration changes like NAT or firewall settings?

Try disable wifi and connect only one computer via ethernet cable and retest?

Also try a different cable in case it's gone bad.

It can't be the router, it is a beast for home use (core 2 duo with 4gb ram and OPNSense).
The issue was from BSNL end.
Resolved on its own.
