Getting throttled speeds on JioFiber

I am currently on a 100 mbps plan. Whenever I am trying to download from link - http://158.69.225.114/Oceanofgames....md5=1Ox90h-ro3xl-XwOlMni7A&expires=1656292042. I am mostly getting half my plan speeds in IDM when downloading from the mentioned link. Can anyone with JioFiber confirm whether they are also facing this same issue with the particular link.
The strange thing is downloads from other sites are not throttled.

@MountainMonkey5 is your link speed limited to 100Mbps? AFAIK Jio nowadays gives close to or above the plan speeds nowadays.

@HC1337 , no my link speeds are 150mbps, but my laptop is archaic, so Wi-Fi adapter is dead and it only supports 100mbps LAN with speeds around 92-94mbps.

Okay, are you using the connection only by yourselves?, or this maybe the case of bandwidth divided among several peers!
