@Malfunction same thing tried with lan. now the thing is the service engineers are bullshit. They just come home take a pic of speedtest.net and leave. What should I do any advice is highly appreciated.

@ritwik2000 Service usually depends on the location, here at my location JioFiber is usually providing speeds above the plan, and there are issues with the ONT, and sometimes slow loading of websites usually resolved using a simple reboot, but service was good I raised the Ticket and the engineer was at my address in 2 odd hours, and what I think you are facing can be a routing issue or a clogged server, try from other websites like Apunkagames, as when downloading something on these games websites some downloads at maximum speed while some goes as slow as 320-750 KBps for me (Age of Empires III), and I usually download old retro stuff before 2007, no new ones, hardware limitations.
But yes I too have faced lower bandwidth while downloading from these websites, including the one you have mentioned above.
