Getting Unexpected Error in data.bsnl.in when i try to check usage .. any solution ?

This is the message i am getting... after i select brradband , Account Number & Usage Month . :(
Unexpected Error Reported

This error may prevent further successful operations. Please logout and try to login after some time. If the problem still persists, please contact System Administrator.
 
nope , i am still getting it .. u reported or something ? and how many days ? i am having for 2 days
 
Site is up, however the same error message as posted by the thread starter is showing on screen. It seems to be tempo issue.

Even I am getting the same error for the past 2 weeks! Though I don't need to chek my usage as I am on an Unlimited plan, but still ! :(
