Getting very less upload speed on Youtube (But showing 50 Mbps on Speedtest or fast.com)

I am trying to upload a video of around 25Gb on Youtube. My plan is of 50 Mbps. While performing speedtest its showing 50Mbps speed both on Fast.com and Speedtest.net . I am getting Upload speed of Only 12-14 Mbps. Anybody knows the reason? Can Anybody help?

Had no idea youtube support uploads of up to 128GB! Isn't there a better way to upload to YouTube other than browser? IIRC YouTube has an import option from Google Drive or Google Photos? Maybe using a desktop app would provide a faster uploading experience?

You can import video from Google photos.

but google photos is now disassociated from google drive right? i don't remember if google backup and sync app can upload photos and videos to google photos instead of google drive.

Youtube does not offer uploading by any other source(Cloud, FTP,etc) because Youtube thinks you are not the creator of it(Copyright issue) and if you are the creator of the Video you will obviously have the video in your Local drives(PC) . .this is what the company thinks and they are fair to some extent.
But it will create problems in some cases :

where you want to upload bulk videos from any hosted cloud like AWS (organisations like Schools , Marketing companies). You have to down them to your device and then upload even though you are its owner

P.S There is some issue with Google services(Youtube, Meet) and BSNL in the last few days

Youtube does have option to use SFTP and Aspera but only for those who use Content Manager. Whatever that is

PS: It's working fine for me. On 50mbps plan.
