Well its a 2000i instead of a 2000p Display!!
Theres a difference between p and i
not much of a difference though
There's lot of difference between i & p type of displays 2000i/p is actually (2048 x 1080)
2K(i) "interlaced" i.e. media is scanned @ deceptive double rate of 60 fps which is indeed cheap way to achieve High Quality. So in a way, the first pass is 2048 x 540 for the even scan line field, and the second pass is 2048 x 540 for the odd scan line field. The process by which this occurs is called interlacing. It contributes to a sense of motion and reduces perceived flicker.
2K(p) "progressive" i.e. traditional way where 2048 x 1080 is progressively drawn line after line, so they're not interlaced. It seem like a huge deal, but in the real world, what you end up seeing looks sharper and more defined than 2K(i), particularly during scenes with a lot of fast motion.

-.-"
I know whats interlaced and progressive scanning is!!
Im an Electronics Enginner...I just wanted to make things short...Engineers understand the Logic..normal people dont...So told him which is the best!!
And the technology you are referring to is like a million years old....The flickering effect used to be there in our OLD TV sets...or CRO/CRT....Where the actual difference had an effect in viewing...nowadays the scanning is pretty sleek...instead of "FOCUSING BEAMS" small discretized driver panels are there....therefore small screens with more resolution and also lower power consumption...Open a CRT TV/CRO and a TFT..you will see the difference

Are you sure its not the E6 you saw :o

It's a genuine E7 3G, 2 GB, 16 GB variant. Explored it for few minutes checked the processor, cam & all. Since it's a grey mkt item with no bill & warranty. I was hesistant to buy. Paid 500 token for 4G 3 GB 32 GB version which he promised to bring it for me. He demanded 25k for that ...

Is he gonna unlock that??Or we have to do it...im pretty sure i know the answer...but still..Burma bazaar wheres that...??i know tambaram, crompet, pallavaram

I would hardly think a mobile phone from China would be network locked. But still worth asking before paying. Anyway unlocking on an Android phone isn't that big a problem as far as I know.

It would be a factory unlocked global version. Burma Bazaar is in parrys corner (chennai beach railway station)
