Google Apps update alerts: Making email safer with new security warnings in Gmail

On the web or Android, if you receive a message that can’t be authenticated with either Sender Policy Framework (SPF) or DKIM, you’ll see a question mark in place of the sender’s profile photo, corporate logo, or avatar.

On the web, if you receive a message with a link to a dangerous site known for phishing, malware, and Unwanted Software, you’ll begin to see warnings when you click on the link. These warnings are an extension of the Safe Browsing protection available to various web browsers today. The full-page warning will look like this:

Can someone please try this?

Adding either your Hotmail/Outlook or Yahoo Account in Gmail and finding push notification option. I can only see 'Sync every x minutes' where x ranges from 15 to 60.

Does Gmail for Android not support push for Microsoft and Yahoo accounts?

Hmm. So even you cannot see push option in the sync frequency dropdown ?

The stock email app which used to come with Android supported push for Outlook and Yahoo. I wonder why push support for these accounts is now dropped.

This is the settings page for my gmail account. What more do you expect? Which mail app are you talking about?

Not that. The other screenshot where sync frequency is mentioned, does that dropdown have a push option?

I remember the stock email app had options like 'Push (Automatic), Every 15 minutes, Every 30 minutes' and so on.

But now I don't see the first of that lot.
