Others are charging more than 2000, and SD is offering for 1499. Its too much expect a DTH connection for just 499:ashamed:

I saw the ad again. No mention of additional charges. Only 499 was the financial commitment - 5 month subscription free. I am tempted to conclude installation will be done by RCV for a nominal charge!

Nominal charge and that too in this world, SD is the cheapest and best as far as common man DTH is concerned:thumb:

well dishtv is having offer of Rs. 3990 when Sun direct launched and in that offer they are giving 1 yr free subscription of maxi package.

So if you see that was really a good offer as maxi package cost Rs.300 that time and covers all the channels.
