That has nothing to do with encrypted DNS. Try accessing http://godaddy.com it is being blocked.

GoDaddy works but mega.nz is blocked by MTNL in Mumbai. Have to use goodbyDPI to unblock it. BTW Didn't Verizon US have FCC investigations and ultimately they stopped this man in the middle attack of injecting TCP RST packets? Can something be done here in India now that all ISPs are using it?

Do you get any error message with mega.nz?

Honestly, I never used it. Just browsed that website when asked in this thread. There is always a way to mitigate certain bans. The method to overcome depends on how a site is blocked. For GoDaddy, simply using SSL/HTTPS helps. For others, we may have to look around. I never used or forced to use goodbyDPI.
