DAMN i changed to DSL 599 to enjoy GH at 512kbps but im still getting 256kbps :angry: i think that mtnl has screwed something up........otherwise we wouldnt get GH three times in a single week

meh its not that mtnl has screwed up ..its just that mtnl is screwed up .loland def can sense something big happeneing with mtnl guys! what you thiunk?anyways me downloaded around 6.9gb.. hmmm.. but wth i`m njoying gh. and more importantly only downloading one thing at a time.. so got no probs .hmm

mate call and they will fix it.samething happened to me.u need to call
GH is a bliss B)
but i tried everything ports not getting forward dont get more than 40kBps on torrents

whats the problem why cant u forward ports ??i've applied the pre-existing port setting for Gnutella and it forwards port 6346 both TCP & UDP. i set BT client(BitComet) to listen to port 6346.i get 25kBps constant speeds for torrents and 27kBps for HTTP D/Lalready downloaded 5 GB i already called up the exchange 3 times on friday to fix the speed but they havent done a thing about it...........the guy told me that if i come to the exchange they'll fix the speed instantly. so it seems that i'll have to take a trip to the exchange tomorrow.

^ wierd... when i had speed problems they used to increase it in half an hour or so!.... going to the exhange is insane.. since its their fault...btw do you have that scheme wherein you cant make outgoing calls? and you have triband on thta very phone? cause then they make you travel all the way to the exchange to change plans. hmmother wise bug em on the phone itself.. hmm call your local exhange.. that would be better!

^no i dont have that schemei think they didnt respond to my calls coz they were having problems with fixing up their sitei'll try to call them and get the matter sorted outthose CC guys are idiots i called up 1504 when no one was picking up the phone at the exchange and they dont even know the plans offered by MTNL..........the lady told me(in marathi which i barely understand) that the speed doesnt increase if u change ur plan ur speed is permenant and it wont change
