I recently signed up with tikona. I experienced extremely slow download speeds. I called up their customer support team and told them about this issue, very next day I had to summit one of my important project...the best part I would like to highlight is their support team I explained my issue which I was facing and even told them I need to submit my project, without wasting time told me that they will be sending some tech supp at my place and he will be able to help me with this issue. I waited for half n hour their was no revert from their end, I got little worried and very next moment technician was here at my place. And I don't no what he did in that 15 min my connection was back in normal speed . I thanked him for that because I didn't expect that they help me to fix my issues quickly without much fuss... Tikona customer service is commendable, yes I could say this from my recent experience!
